Terms of Services E-Wrench-It


Ordering Information

Please make sure you are ordering the correct parts for your vehicle. If you are not sure about your order you can verify the correct item(s) by emailing or by calling (757) 610-8339. A 15% restocking fee applies to any parts ordered incorrectly.

Payment Policy

At this time all online orders must go through PayPal. We accept Visa or Master Card through PayPal for online orders and we accept Visa or Master Card for phoned in orders. No C.O.D orders. Of course we also accept cash for in store purchase.

Pricing, Terms, Conditions

E-Wrench-It reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and other information without notice. Please call or email us if you have any questions or you feel there is a discrepancy.

Sales Tax

Items shipping within the state of Virginia will include a 5.3% State Sales Tax. If you are an automotive parts business and/or you have a tax number you will need to fax, or email, a Virginia Tax Certificate prior to an order.

Back Orders

Listings in the catalog do not imply availability. Always include your daytime telephone number with your address to prevent delays in your order. If items are out of stock or damaged when you place your order, we will notify you and file your order in a special back order file, which is reviewed on a daily basis or cancel the order and refund your monies. We reserve the right to make the choice. We will ship as soon as possible when the part comes in unless you specify otherwise.


Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days of purchase. Sorry no returns or exchanges after 30 days. No Exceptions. Customer must call or email for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) on all returns, regardless of the reason for the return. The RGA number must be clearly written on or near the address label. Please include a written explanation of the reason you are returning the item, and a copy of the original invoice (please give specific detailed description of defect if any). Any return without an RGA number will be refused! Parts must be returned to receive a replacement or refund at our discretion. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a replacement or refund is issued. E-Wrench-It reserves the right to charge a 15% inspection and re-stocking fee on all returns.
Warranty returns require the same procedures as above. Parts that are disassembled, altered, modified, disfigured, or abused will not be covered by our warranty. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost regardless of carrier. COD returns will not be accepted. If after inspection the part is proven defective, the item will be repaired or replaced at our option. This warranty does not cover reimbursement of labor costs or incidental damages (if any). There are no refunds on shipping costs, electrical parts, or special order merchandise.


The purpose of a core deposit / charge is to insure the return of rebuild-able parts. Your deposit will be promptly refunded when we receive your complete, rebuild-able core. A copy of your original purchase invoice must accompany your core. No refund will be issued for broken, damaged, disassembled or incomplete cores. No exceptions will be allowed. All cores must be prepaid by customer and returned within 30 days of purchase to obtain full core value. Cores not returned within 30 days will receive only one half (1/2) of core value. Cores returned after 1 year will not be accepted.

Unless cores are returned within a timely fashion, other customers will have to wait. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.

Damage/Shipping Claims

Make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier. If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time. All claims of loss, concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier. Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it. We apologize for this inconvenience - but this is a UPS shipping policy. Any shortages not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 5 days of receiving order. No exceptions allowed.

On truck freight it is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect shipment while the driver is present and to note on the shipping form any damage.


The seller, (E-Wrench-It), hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied warranty or merchant ability of fitness for a purpose, and E-Wrench-It neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise. E-Wrench-It will be responsible only for "the products sold by us." Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective by E-Wrench-It. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability of product. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection thereof. E-Wrench-It shall not be responsible for any labor associated with our parts installation or defectiveness and any other relation what so ever.
